Cancellation of Orders
All checked out orders are final and there will be no cancellation.
Product returns are not accepted unless it is a wrong service of the orders.
Please inspect products as soon as the items are delivered.
We do not accept returns for the following situation:
We will arrange for replacement only on the following cases.
In the event of a complaint, please email email@example.com attaching the picture of the defective product and invoice.
Our customer service will investigate on this within 5 business days and will get in touch with you to resolve the problem.
We will arrange for a refund in case of out of stock.
