Cancellation of Orders

All checked out orders are final and there will be no cancellation.


Product returns are not accepted unless it is a wrong service of the orders.

Please inspect products as soon as the items are delivered.

We do not accept returns for the following situation:

  • Customer changed his mind about the item.
  • Customer bought the item by mistake.
  • Customer claimed that the item is not what he is expecting.
  • Customer claimed to have been forced to buy the item out of goodwill.
  • Customer claimed that the product looked different from what he is expecting.
  • We will arrange for replacement only on the following cases.

  • Damaged container/packaging
  • Wrong product
  • In the event of a complaint, please email attaching the picture of the defective product and invoice.

    Our customer service will investigate on this within 5 business days and will get in touch with you to resolve the problem.

    We will arrange for a refund in case of out of stock.
